The project
The Northminster project is located in Peterborough, UK. It consists of 352 apartments and townhouses, along with two ground floor units for leisure and hospitality, split across 2 blocks. The client presented unique challenges to the service and product providers and in terms of security the system adopted is first class and the client is completely satisfied.
Analysis
An excellent relationship between the client and the technical supplier of security solutions allows the achievement of high pre-established objectives: functionality, design, cost-effectiveness, timing.

For the system structure, Duo System technology was chosen, through 2 external Solvo stations, both main (one for each block) and a total of more than 300 Astro series hands-free intercoms.
